Give me a good Gamay any nice summerday with the grilled salmon sallad and I’ll be content.
I’ve had many Morgon they are the best ones in my book, mmm maceration carbonic very unique.

I think you got them all on these ep. Good work Scott.

Thanks Anders! I usually reach for Morgon if it is available when I am shopping for Beaujolais. I want to hunt down wines from some of the harder to find Cru Villages and compare them. These wines are delightful when they are chilled a little. Cheers, Scott

Ahhh great show Scott along with paying homage to Gary. Very well done.

I usually go to a Morgon as my favorite Beaujolais cru with Brouilly as my second especially when I want to be adventuresome on a Friday night in the wintertime with a nice roasted chicken. Your food pairings were right on for me.’

    Cheers my friend, great job.

    Dom

P.S. I thank you for the shoutout. We have an amazing community thanks to Gary.

Good show, Scott! I learned something about Cru Beaujolais! Need to try more.
    Thx for shoutout, buddy. Nice.

Thank you for the compliments Dom. Every single one means so much to me! I thought Cru Beaujolais would be a great wine to pick for a GV tribute. A Cabernet Franc from Chinon (Loire Valley, France) would have been my 2nd choice. I agree with you on the Morgon in terms of my “go-to-Cru” and 2009 is great! It is really something the way Gary has brought so many of us together, it is a great community and I feel grateful to be a part of it! Cheers, Scott
